30 Muscle-ups for time

If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.

I don't have rings available to me so I did the pull-ups and dips.

I started with 15lb dumbbells for 25, 12.5lb for another 15, and 10lb for the last 10 reps.
