“Tabata Something Else”

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

First, this workout shall forever be known as 16 minutes of pure hell. My reps are as follows:

Pull-ups: 6-5-4-3-2-3-3-3

Push-ups: 15-15-10-8-4-10*-10*-9*-12*
*Kneeling push-ups

Sit-ups: 12-12-13-10-12-10-9-12

Squats: 14-12-11-9-12-11-11-14

Total reps: 216

Oops. Just noticed I did an extra round of push-ups.
