I'm a week behind on the workouts now so I'm going to start doing 2 per day to get caught up. Hopefully this will also help me get a bit more slim and fit since I have to redo my PT test....

1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Handstand push-ups

Evening:
Making up for last Tuesday
Front squat 3-3-3-3-3 reps
